Rachel McCallister
Co-President
Co-founder and co-president of mPRm Public Relations, Rachel McCallister shares in the strategic direction and overall management of the company. She also provides guidance
for the company’s Corporate, Television and Digital Media and Technology clients. Recognized by the Publicists Guild of America with its Les Mason Award for outstanding career achievement, McCallister includes among her career highlights the launch of E! Entertainment Television, FX, Classic Sports Network, The WB, RealNetworks, broadcast.com and numerous television series and specials including Dynasty, ALF, In Living Color and Lonesome Dove. She is Chairman of TPEC (Television Publicity Executive Committee), and on the board of the Digital Coast Roundtable. She also founded Rachel McCallister & Associates and co-founded KillerApp Communications, which were merged into mPRm.
Mark Pogachefsky
Co-President
Co-founder and co-president of mPRm Public Relations, Mark Pogachefsky shares in the strategic direction and overall management of the company. He also provides guidance for the company’s film and corporate clients. Campaign highlights include: In The Bedroom, Memento, Elizabeth, You Can Count on Me, The Ice Storm, L.A. Confidential, The Usual Suspects, and Fargo. He founded The Pogachefsky Company in 1992, which was merged into mPRm in 1998.
Alan Amman
Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer
Alan Amman serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for the company. He oversees Home Entertainment, Television and Corporate Entertainment, as well as Events and Lifestyle practice areas and the agency’s viral marketing and PR service, mPRm sPRead Solutions. As COO, Amman will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations for the company including staffing, account management, and other internal functions. Amman, who joined the agency 1995, was instrumental in launching and growing the company’s home entertainment practice in addition to overseeing television and corporate entertainment clients. He also created a network of local agency relationships for mPRm clients, leveraging his field agency experience. Prior to joining mPRm, he served as Senior Vice President, Publicity and Promotions for 20th Century Fox and held executive positions at numerous studios including New Line Cinema, Orion Pictures, Lorimar Filmed Entertainment and MGM/UA.
Bill Horn
Vice President, Entertainment
Bill Horn specializes in the development, management and implementation of publicity campaigns for a wide-spectrum of home entertainment and consumer clients. Prior to joining mPRm in 2007, Horn worked at B|W|R Public Relations on a variety of corporate entertainment and lifestyle clients, including Universal Studios Home Entertainment and Nintendo. In addition, he spent a number of years spearheading publicity and marketing efforts for a leading direct -to-consumer video production company. Horn began his career in the communications and entertainment departments of the media watchdog group GLAAD.
Shari Mesulam
Vice President, Entertainment
Shari Mesulam specializes in the strategic development and execution of publicity campaigns for mPRm’s television and event clients. She also has expertise in the planning, production and execution of events, including press strategy, event design and talent outreach.
Mesulam has experience as a journalist, having produced entertainment news for CNN's Showbiz Today and CBS' Early Show. In addition, she served as a talent booker for programs including MTV's FANatic, Columbia/TriStar's The Ricki Lake Show and USA's Happy Hour.
She began her career as a music and entertainment publicist at Solters/Roskin/Friedman and Rogers & Cowan.

Rene Ridinger
Vice President, Entertainment
Rene Ridinger's expertise lies in the strategic development, execution and management of publicity and marketing campaigns for specialized films, television shows and home entertainment titles as well as corporate clients.
Most recently, Ridinger served as a senior executive at 42West, where she oversaw theatrical campaigns for such films as Wendy & Lucy, Then She Found Me, Before the Devil Knows You’re Dead, Rocky Balboa and Shortbus and awards campaigns for Doubt, Revolutionary Road, Elegy, No Country for Old Men, The Diving Bell and the Butterfly and The Queen. At 42West, she also managed television and DVD campaigns for such clients as ABC Family, Peace Arch Entertainment and Screen Media, as well as personal publicity for filmmakers and actors.
Prior to her tenure at 42West, Ridinger specialized in trade, consumer and international campaigns at Wallman/Ridinger Public Relations, which she co-founded with Lee Wallman. In addition, she worked at Shepley Winings Hober Public Relations for five years, overseeing publicity campaigns for Alias, Ally McBeal, The Practice, CSI: Miami, Walt Disney Television Animation, and PBS, among many others. Ridinger is a graduate of Texas Christian University with a B.S. in Neuroscience and Psychology.
Clay Dollarhide
Senior Manager, Digital Marketing and Public Relations, sPRead SolutionsClay Dollarhide heads mPRm’s sPRead Solutions, which is focused on offering entertainment and technology companies robust and up-to-date digital marketing and PR strategies and campaigns. He is currently working with such clients as Netflix, Magnolia Pictures and Roadside Attractions to ensure their properties make the most use out of the interactive space and are able to both organically and virally “spread” their PR and marketing initiatives intelligently by utilizing all the benefits Web 2.0 has to offer.
Dollarhide previously headed the PR and promotions division of Deep Focus, a leading interactive marketing agency, supervising such accounts as New Line Cinema, Paramount Vantage, Roadside Attractions, Paramount Pictures, Fox Home Entertainment, New Line Home Entertainment, Magnolia Pictures, and Yari Film Group. He worked on major digital initiatives for such successful campaigns as Hairspray, Into The Wild, Alvin & the Chipmunks DVD, The Darjeeling Limited DVD, Man On Wire, and The Fall.
Prior to Deep Focus, Mr. Dollarhide was at MRC Public Relations where he worked on a variety of film release campaigns, film festivals, corporate and personal clients. He started his career as a media fellow at GLAAD, the Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation. He is a graduate of the University of California at Irvine, with a BA in Film & Media Studies.
